[Pacemaker] heartbeat and pacemaker problem

with cibadmin I get:

Signon to CIB failed: connection failed
Init failed, could not perform requested operations

my /var/lib/heartbeat/crm directory is empty, is that OK?
Also, shall I check some groups ? at /etc/group I can see : haclient:x:105
