[Pacemaker] what's the relationship between the "CTS" in pacemaker and the one in COROSYNC

where would one get this package?  It doesn't seem to be built and on the
clusterlabs rpm repository.  My query to the EPEL for RHEL5 doesn't
show it either.

There isn't a package name in the pacemaker spec file either.
