[Pacemaker] what's the relationship between the "CTS" in pacemaker and the one in COROSYNC

Theirs is based on ours and I believe depends on the pacemaker-cts sub-package.
Ours tests the whole stack, theirs is focused on testing the internals
of corosync.

Just the pacemaker one should be sufficient.
