[Pacemaker] Upgrading from 1.0 to 1.1

Nothing looks wrong from the logs. I also tried it with the latest
code in devel and it worked fine.
stop corosync
s/ver:0/ver:1/ in corosync.conf
start corosync
start pacemaker
