[ClusterLabs] Struggling to get "crm_mon -E ... " to do anything

Hi Riley,
I ran into this issue on CentOS 6.6 as well.
I rebuilt the 1.12 pacemaker rpm, that is part of rhel 6, with this patch.
It's not official, but I would be happy to make it available if you desire.
