[Pacemaker] Migrate shared IP between different networks

Hello,

Is it possible to migrate/configure a virtual IP which is in network 1 between two machines which are in network 2?

For instance:
Virtual Machine 1
LAN IP: 192.168.1.1

Virtual Machine 2
LAN IP: 192.168.1.2

Virtual IP: 10.0.0.1

Network 192.168.1.0 is able to reach 10.0.0.0.

I'm using Heartbeat in combination with Pacemaker.
