[Pacemaker] Pacemaker logging and blackbox issues.

Hi



I am using pacemaker version 1.1.10-14.el6

I have enabled PCMK_DEBUG and pacemaker blackbox as well. However the file
/var/log/pacemaker.log isn’t even created. Same case for blackbox as well.

Initial service startup logs are present in /var/log/messages. However I am
specifically looking for pacemaker logs.

This is on CentOS 6 btw.
