[Pacemaker] Enabling pacemaker debug logging while running

Hello,

Reading the pacemaker Changelog i saw:

- Features added since Pacemaker-1.1.10

  .........
  + Core: Allow blackbox logging to be disabled with SIGUSR2

Now it's possible?
