That's exactly what it means.

Yes, but apparently, no free memory. I'd start monitoring memory usage
on those servers to make sure you get notified ahead of time next time,
and can also identify the culprit.

For a production SAP system, the best way to get assistance is via NTS,
by the way. I don't *always* respond to mailing list posts immediately
;-)

I'd also suggest to consider updating, as always a good idea.
