[Pacemaker] Running remote SSH commands on another server?

You could create a new resource (script + definition in pacemaker) which does the ssh part in it start action (and set up a constraint the forces the new resource to restart when the MTA does).
Or you could bring the proxy into the cluster and have the proxy services managed by pacemaker.
