[Pacemaker] Beginner Question: not able to shutdown 2nd node

Hi

I need help here, Looks like I missed a step to startup two nodes to listen
on port 2224 ?

[root at ilclpm01 ~]# pcs --version
0.9.90
[root at ilclpm01 ~]# pcs --debug cluster stop ilclpm02
