[Pacemaker] Upgrade of Pacemaker on CentOS 6.4 to 1.1.10 - Delay RA missing ...

Hello,

I just upgraded to the latest CentOS release of Pacemaker (released on
1.11.2013) on our test environment and we get "not installed" messages
for "ocf:heartbeat:Delay".

It seems that the ressource agent for Delay is not included anymore in
the 1.1.10 release. This looks like a bug for me.

Is this intended ? The changelog for 1.1.10 dos not list removal of
"Delay".

We use Delay and actually need it.
