[Pacemaker] Move Resources

[Fusaro Marcelo Damian]

I have configured a cluster with 2 nodes and 2 resources in an
active-pasive mode.  All is working fine, but i want to set that when a
resource fails all resources move to the pasive node.  Is this possible?
