[Pacemaker] Beginner Question: not able to shutdown 2nd node

Digimer is correct, we don't support pcsd in RHEL 6.5.  This only means that you 
can't do a cluster setup from just one node.  We're looking into adding pcsd 
(and web gui) support into future version of RHEL 6 & 7.
