All true, but it only applies to RHEL 7.
This architecture is not possible in RHEL 6.x

Not quite.
You will get this error if you use the Pacemaker plugin ("ver: 0" or "ver: 1" in corosync.conf).
If I remember correctly, it also encourages you to use Pacemaker+CMAN.
