There's also a somewhat shorter version using the filter:

     crm configure filter \"sed \'s/$/ newrsc/\'\" Grp1

Though the quoting looks admittedly strange. The reason is that
the quotes need to survive the /bin/sh expansion in order to
reach the crm shell.
