[Pacemaker] Can't issue 'crm configure' commands under privileged user

Hi Dejan,
I see that's some kind of workaround in pacemaker code - but how do i
affect a workaround?
But i need a workaround from the terminal/bash

So when i do: crm configure...  it won't hang on me
