[Pacemaker] node can't join cluster after reboot

Hi Vlad,
No I haven't. 2.34 wasn't available when I had the problem. FYI I'm
still using glib-2.30.3 and I'll probably stay there until 3.34.0 is
stable or 2.32.4-r2 comes out :)
