Ahh, I missed that part... Yes after starting pacemaker I can connect to the CRM!
I'll configure cman to start pacemaker on each cluster node and then pacemaker can manage the cluster.

Possible. The package layout may have deviated from fedora.
Or it could be in a Centos repository that you haven't enabled yet.
