[Pacemaker] ocf script hangup when disconnect from sas storage

i see, since bash ./filesystem run correctly , I think this mistake
should not be considered  as the reason.

I just export OCF_FUNCTIONS_DIR=/usr/lib/ocf/resource.d/heartbeat
