[Pacemaker] resume monitor operation (bug 5063 + 5072)

Hi all,

I ran into bug 5063 and/or 5072 while setting the cluster in maintenance mode 
and back ("crm configure property maintenance-mode=true" and later "false").

I'm running pacemaker 1.1.6 (Martin's backport for Ubuntu lucid). I thought I 
could easily cherry-pick the commits and rebuild the package but it seems 
there are quite a lot of changes between 1.1.6 (or 1.1.7) and git master. At 
least with c9a0dbdf93639fb07bb53edad07263da5c5e928f I get an error while 
building (‘lrmd_event_data_t’ undeclared).

The only way I could think of getting these fixes is building the latest git 
master and updating the server to this version. Is there any better solution 
to include these fixes in version 1.1.6?
