[Pacemaker] I try to make a spec file.

Hi Jiaju,

I try to make a spec file. however I fail to make rpm because the
version tag is not an annotated tags. So the following command fail in
Makefile.am.

git describe --abbrev=4 --match='v*' HEAD 2

Could you change the version tag?
