[Pacemaker] dummy stonith not installed

hi guys,
Im trying test stonith on my Centos 6.3 HA i was following the crm_fencing pdf doc.
im using the dummy stonith st-null/st-ssh all went ok but checking crm_mon error is appearing saying they are not installed.
when i setup my HA on Centos 6.3 i followed the pacemaker 1.1 doc.
Kindly advise on how to fix the error.
