[Pacemaker] Announce: LCMC (Linux Cluster Management Console)

Hi Rasto

Both DRBD Console 9.9 and LCMC 1.0 have the same problem, there is only a tab for the last connected Cluster. The others connected Clusters can only be selected for disconnect from the main menu.

Well, it is a fork, but since DRBD MC will not be developed by me or anybody else (as far as I can tell) it is also replacing it. I am not sure what the correct term is.
