[Pacemaker] Disable writing logs to system log /var/log/messages when using crm_resource, crmadmin, cibadmin, etc commands

	Can you please send me a sample configuration in syslog-ng.conf to
do the same.

The standard way to do log filtering is to alter the syslog-ng configuration
