Do you have your BMC connected to a big ethernet segment?
They a quite limited in what concerns ARP table size.
So, I always prefer to have separate segments or vlans for them.
I had same problems with Tyan's BMC, and moving it to internal vlan did
a trick.

I use both standalone SIMSO+ and integrated lantronix-based ones with
success.
