[Pacemaker] Switching a Resource based on connectivity (ping)

[tariq fillah]

I didn't disconnect the node from the cluster, I just disconnected the node
from the network (which is ensured by a bond), but the cluster layer is
still there.
Which log file exactly with you like me to show you
