[Pacemaker] Switching a Resource based on connectivity (ping)

First, define what to monitor.

primitive ping ocf:pacemaker:ping \
     op monitor timeout="20" interval="10"
     params host_list="192.168.0.1" multiplier=1000

Second, make ping resource run on every node.

clone c-ping ping

Then the value of attribute pingd will be used as score for the rule. 
Best connectivity will win.

location pingjb ClusterIP \
     rule pingd: defined pingd
