[Pacemaker] Switching a Resource based on connectivity (ping)

Hello the list,

I want to add a switching condition for the resource ClusterIP based on
connectivity, how can I do this. Will this work?

crm configure primitive example_ping ocf:pacemaker:ping \

  op monitor depth="0" timeout="20s" interval="10"


crm configure location pingjb ClusterIP \
rule -inf: not_defined ping
