[Pacemaker] ipmi is ok?

I dont know nothing about your ipmi device, stonithd resource, pacemaker 
version etc. What did you want to  achieve with this (maybe test only) ?
Anyway the configuration of external/ipmi and the state seems to be OK ;-)
