[Pacemaker] ERROR: handle_request: Unexpected request (clear_failcount) sent to non-DC node

Hi,

are these "ERROR: handle_request: Unexpected request (clear_failcount) sent to 
non-DC node" messages important and indicative of problems? The failcount for 
all resources are set to expire after 300 seconds. These messages seem not to 
appear as a result of me manually resetting failcounts.
