[Pacemaker] Missing Commands from Configure Level

Not sure why you would run pacemaker + openais, you should go with 
pacemaker + corosync, just an advice.

On-point:
You should also specify what version of pacemaker you're using, if you 
compiled it, or used binaries, and from what source you got it from.
 From what I recall the node is not present in the crm configure menu 
but in the crm node menu.
