ack, but you'll have to reword the bit about IPMI controllers, they
are just one example of a device with these characteristics.
also, s/to make this service reliable in the case of node failure/to
potentially speed up recovery/
and re-enabling stonith was intentionally a separate step. please
undo this part of the patch.
