[Pacemaker] Pacemaker bug 2456

Hi,

The appended patch is for the bug described in 
http://developerbugs.linux-foundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2456 found in 
pacemaker 1.0.9.1,

Apparently "crm_resource" calls "unpack_constraints()" for some actions 
( -A, -a) but later does not free the memory allocated during that call. 
Using "cleanup_alloc_calculations()" instead of "cleanup_calculations()" 
apparently fixes the assertion warning.
