[Pacemaker] crm_node "-A" option does not work

Hi,

I noticed that crm_node "-A" option does not work now.
And I wrote a small patch for this issue.

BTW, Is removing a cluster node procedure written in the
"http://www.clusterlabs.org/doc/en-US/Pacemaker/1.0/html/Pacemaker_Explained/s-node-delete.html"

same as the following procedures?

1. Stop corosync service.
2. Execute crm node delete "node id".
