[Pacemaker] How to configure the rule with crm command?

	I'm reading the document:

	Now i reach the ch8.4 and ch8.5，the document only list the xml example,but don't tell me how to
get this.
	Who could tell me how to use crm command to get the Example 8.11 and Example 8.12?
