[Pacemaker] One instance of a multistate resource unexpectedly stopped (hbreport attached)

A bug would be preferable (things are too easily lost on mailing lists).
I dont think your constraint will work as-is if there are more than 2
nodes, but it also shouldn't be causing the instances to stop.
