[Pacemaker] ocf::pacemaker:ping metadata problem

Hi,

The ocf::pacemaker:ping and pingd resource agents in their metadata
require/suggest, that all the parameters are of type integer, even if they
are not. Yes somebody's using it. :)

To whom should I report this?
