I do. You can simply hope that someone writes that feature for you, or
you can write a patch that implements it, or you could also pay someone
to write it, test it, and then upstream it for you and everyone else to
use. There's plenty of companies around for the third option; the one I
work for is one of them. :)

Cluster communications: depends on your ha.cf or corosync.conf.

Migration: on the NIC that holds the IP address that the primary host
name (uname -n) resolves to.
