[Pacemaker] [PATCH 0 of 4] Several fixes to pacemaker.spec

Andrew,

a quick batch of patches to the Pacemaker RPM spec:

1. Fix Heartbeat-only Pacemaker build so that rpmbuild won't try to remove a
   file that is created only when building for Corosync.
2. Add "--without ais" and "--without heartbeat" conditional build
   flags (the %description already advertises these, but they seem to
   not have been implemented) -- renders the with_*_support globals
   obsolete.
3. Add "--without esmtp" flag, so people using RHEL and CentOS can
   build Pacemaker without having to install libesmtp-devel from EPEL.
4. Add compatibility wrappers for the --with and --without options for
   legacy platforms where rpmbuild doesn't support them natively
   (read: RHEL 4).
