[Pacemaker] Cluster-Resource-Agent make error!! please help

Sir,

While making the resource-agents 2.0.1 in ubunyu 9.10, I am getting an error.

./autogen.sh && ./configure --prefix=/usr

I think I am missing library -lplumb... but I am unable to find
adequate package... please help..
