[Pacemaker] clmvd hangs on node1 if node2 is fenced

I created a testscenario with the same conditions ( same OS Sles11 SP1 with HAE
and the CIB from the original cluster ), but with full online update and there
everthing works fine.

So it seems there was a bugfix for that.

On Monday i will try a full update for my original scenario.
