[Pacemaker] Unable to commit from crm.

I have another user with uid 0 in /etc/passwd.

I use the tcsh shell for this userid 0 user. When I switch to bash in
/etc/passwd the problem disappears.
So it's probably something in my .tcshrc. I'll look into it.
