[Pacemaker] Monitor od Stateful runs only at Slave

Hello,

I little play with Stateful resource:

primitive test ocf:heartbeat:Stateful \
        op monitor interval="2s"
ms ms-test test \
        meta master-max="1" master-node-max="1" clone-max="2" clone-node-max="1"
notify="true"

The problem is: monitor is running just on Slave.

How I need to change configuration to have monitored both: Master and Slave?
