[Pacemaker] Announce: Clusters From Scratch

If I use the link you poster earlier in this thread, things look normal
here with xpdf, 1600x1200 and using "fit width". 

I had the same problem with the manual that has those cluster
transitions diagrams in it. They are barely readable and even when
zooming they are blurry and hard to read.
