[Pacemaker] How to write the crorsync.conf to use EVS, CFG, CONFDB, CPG....with Pacemaker? Is this necessary?

Don't.  You wont be able to shutdown the cluster.
The patches to fix it exist, but Steve hasn't committed them to the
corosync repository yet.

I think those particular plugins are part of openais 1.x, I'm not 100%
sure how one enables them.
