ok, you can run both of those commands with metadata to get the descriptions
  /usr/lib/heartbeat/crmd metadata
  /usr/lib/heartbeat/pengine metadata

Eventually I'll use soem xslt to turn them into a man page.
There is always the config explained pdf though:
