[Pacemaker] Strange expected votes --> no quorum

Hi list,
I have a problem setting up a two node cluster with 2 Debian Lenny 
nodes: I have followed this tutorial 
(http://www.clusterlabs.org/wiki/Debian_Lenny_HowTo)  and after the 
first configuration with the command "crm_mon --one-shot -V" I see:

2 Nodes configured, 3075348770 expected votes


Obviusly the cluster has no quorum :).

Any idea to explain where does come from the value 3075348770 ?
