[Pacemaker] 'crm configure delete' behavior changed in 1.0.3?

Pacemaker 1.0 was released in October last year and the shell is
completely new. Even so, this is probably one of the rare changes
visible to the user (apart from bug fixes). Very sorry for the
surprise and the extra work it caused.
