[Pacemaker] Spreading the Cluster Accross Datacenters

Pacemaker itself doesn't care.
What you need to worry about is the requirements of the underlying
cluster stack.

Generally this involves low latency, high throughput and high reliability.
If you have all three, you should be fine.
